Publication goals might include publication in a high impact factor journal, a chapter of a book, a conference poster, medical education slide-kits, or any other method of communicating your scientific research. Your publication goals will affect the type of service you require and thus affect the price. For example, submitting to a top-tier journal such as Nature, Science, or Lancet, can require more work to ensure the manuscript meets these journal's often extensive style and formatting requirements than if you submit to a lower impact factor journal with lesser guidelines.
